Shipments must originate from licensed producers, dispensaries, or retailers
For Cannabis, THC, CBD, Hemp products, recipient must provide valid documentation (A Medical Cannabis Card either temporal cannabis card or permanent cannabis card). We accept both Temporal and Permanent Cannabis Cards. We can help you acquire one from our issuing partner if you do not have one.
Cannabis shipments are accepted only within approved jurisdictions where cannabis transport is permitted

Express Logistics Courier is not liable for confiscation due to sender non-compliance
Claims for damage or loss must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
